Chan Chan Spicy Rice Cake

Chan Chan Spicy Rice Cake is made with chewy rice cakes (tteok) simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce. At our restaurant, we make our own gochujang (Korean chili paste) from scratch, giving the dish a unique and authentic taste. We use a daily-made, rich broth as the base, with rice cakes, fish cakes, green onions, onions, cabbage, and boiled eggs
